Wegmans recalled its store-brand chicken nuggets because they may contain bone pieces.
The grocery store chain said the recall affected Wegmans FYFGA Chicken Breast Nuggets that came in a 46 oz. bag.
They have UPC 0-77890-25210-9 and are best if used by Aug. 26, 2025. They have establishment number P-33944 inside the USDA mark of inspection, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service said.
They were sold in stores in Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., the USDA said.
The agency said several consumers complained of bone fragments in the nuggets but there were no injuries attributed to the issue.
If you have the recalled chicken nuggets, you can return them to the store for a full refund, the company said.
